We custom formulate each product to your specification. No two products are alike. Each is yours, exclusively. And … all products are prepared fresh upon order.
Our in-house production, packaging design, and training facilities offer a comprehensive range of services. We do not subcontract and retain full control of the production from beginning to end. These fully integrated services ensure that the final product line will have the highest level of quality and deliver optimal result.
HIGHLIGHTS
We assess the needs and requirements of each property individually and tailor our approach accordingly. There are guidelines, but no set formula, design or program. We begin by listening to the client's vision, dreams and desires and by understanding the market(s) expectations, potentials and limitations. We will also survey the site to determine its unique attributes and possible drawbacks before deciding the most effective approach.
Our tailored approach also includes research and assessment on the following: the property's location, its history, cultural influences, indigenous traditions, native flora and other practical yet significant factors such as seasonal changes in weather conditions and/or temperatures, labour proficiency and availability, operating and maintenance costs, etc. – all of which will play important roles in the development of the spa's products, treatment concept and operating philosophy.
Another key element to our approach is full disclosure. Because each product concept is unique and developed exclusively for the client and it is to our best interest to transfer all knowledge and information to the client's operational team so that they can successfully use the products to their highest achievements. All methods, techniques, product ingredients, standard operating procedures, etc. will be given in full detail to the client in our product knowledge and training manuals.
